Dr. Kanika Pulliam is a Career & Workforce Development professional with over 15 years of expertise in program implementation and association management. She strategically partners with member-driven and mission-focused organizations, centered on education program management. Her blended background includes D&I strategy, career development, targeted event management, and digital programming.
Her strengths include organizational efficiency and innovation. She fosters a collaborative work ethic. Her interpersonal skills are credited for her ability to build and cultivate strategic partnerships across all levels of an organization.
Kanika received her bachelor’s of science degree in Biochemistry from Spelman College and a PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology from Emory University.
